 What type of events do you cater?

We cater small & large venues, from corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, tenant & employee appreciations, Elementary and high school events, to fundraisers & any other kind of gathering. For Larger events ask about our Scoops ‘N’ Smiles Ice Cream Truck.

Are there a minimum number of guests for Events and Catering Service?

NO. We do have a minimum charge of $200, which includes E.M.I.T (Event Management, Insurance and Travel).

What comes with your Events and Catering?

On the date of your event we will provide your guest with our Premium Ice Cream and/or Water Ice flavors of your choice, as well as bringing an assortment of toppings to create your very own Scoop Sundaes. Scoops ‘N’ Smiles will provide all utensils and equipment needed to make your event memorable. Scoops will then pack up & clean up the area like we was never there. The supplies included are as follows: cups, spoons, cones, toppings and napkins and lots of smiles.

How long will you serve?

We will arrive on site 15-30 minutes prior to our schedule serving time. Serving time usually last up to two hour and then we will clean up. If you will need additional time, we can happily accommodate you and factor the time into final cost.

How many flavors will you bring?

We typically bring four flavors to keep things simple and to avoid of running out of one kind. Our Ice Cream & Water Ice selection is posted on our web site or we can provide that list at the time of filling out a contract.

Do you have a concession trailer to handle large crowds or events?

Yes Scoops has an Ice Cream Truck which is a great option for outdoor events and big crowds at an additional charge.

Terms and Condition

 Payments- Can be made with cash, check or credit card
 Deposit- Non-refundable signed contract fee of $50.00 is required to hold event date
Late Booking- Events must be booked seven (7) days prior or subject to a late booking fee of $75.00  Cancellation- A minimum of seven (7) day prior to your event date is required for re-booking. (Dates are subject to Availability)
